Make a full report of your problem or request and be sure to obtain a "TICKET NUMBER".

After Hours: Requests may be recorded on the Help Desk voice mail system.

Step 2 - Email LCTCS - Sparkhound

If there is no satisfactory solution then email:

lctcs@sparkhound.com

Note: Under normal operations voice mails and emails sent after hours may not be answered until after 8am on the next working day.
