The college campus operates on a semester system. However, some courses can be scheduled during the semester, depending upon their start date.

The tuition refund policy will be based upon the Student Academic Calendar, regardless of the initial date of attendance. Financial aid awards will be based on credit hours for the semester, regardless of the initial date of attendance. Eligibility awards will be calculated once for the entire semester. Therefore, if students add courses after the calculation, they will not receive an additional award.
